Nordic Rescue Equipment (MINAB) manufactures high speed fire rescue boats. We build and sells fire and SAR boats for all assignments. Our boats are built on Buster Aluminum boats together with reliable engines from Yamaha. Everything to guarantee boats that are stable, reliable, and effective for fire and rescue missions. With over 35 years’ experience from firefighting, diving and boatbuilding - our boats are built to meet all requirements that fire brigades and rescue teams may have.
NORDIC RESCUE SAR BOAT VX
This is a SAR boat with the driving characteristics from a jet ski and loading capacity of a larger boat. Nordic Rescue SAR does 35+ knots.
The boat is built on Buster VX hull together with an engine and steering from a Yamaha jet ski.
Nordic Rescue SAR is a perfect alternative for fire brigades and rescue teams to execute search and rescue operations on water.
NORDIC RESCUE SAR and FIRE BOAT XL
This boat is perfect for firefighting and SAR operations. The boats are strong and robust, equipped with a water jet that allows you to drive close to shore. The water jet is easily converted into a water pump that gives 3500 litres/minute at 8-9 bar and can provide fire brigades with an endless water supply.
The new Nordic Rescue SAR Boat has been tested both by fire brigades and Swedish Sea Rescue Society.

Our SAR and FIRE boats are built on well known brands and components from Buster Aluminum Boats and Yamaha. We have chosen the brands and components carefully and tested them thoroughly to ensure that our boats will last.
All of our boats and engines can be serviced at Yamahas/Busters own workshops. That also guarantees lower operation and service costs over the years.
We have over 35 years of experience from firefighting, diving and building boats. We have used our knowledge to create boats that will make firefighting and rescue operations easier for fire brigades and rescue teams all over the world.
Nordic Rescue Equipment is a cooperation between Robert Åberg, owner of MINAB in Kiruna and Sigge Matti, Baxis HB in Gällivare, Sweden.
